1lbGrapes, seedless
2cSugar
1/4tsCream of tartar
1tbLemon juice
1tsCornstarch
1c;water

Clean grapes, removing all stems. Add sugar and cornstarch. Set aside for an hour.

In a large deep pot, bring water to a boil. Add all ingredients and cook on medium heat until syrup is thick or to 220ø F. on cany thermometer. Cover pot last 10 minutes. When slightly cooled, pour into jar.
